Does Caren offer gift wrap?

Share Caren Products with others. Select your products and at checkout add Gift Wrap to your order.  For a nominal fee of $5.00 the products will be gift boxed and wrapped with a Caren logo on the outside of the package.

 

Does Caren charge sales tax?

All orders shipped from carenproducts.com will be subject to sales tax, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state and city to which the order will be shipped. Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation e-mail and packing slip.

 

Which credit cards does Caren accept?  

Caren Products accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover as forms of payment. as a form of payment. Credit card information entered in the site is secure and safe. All orders placed on this website are encrypted, thereby protecting any credit card information that is submitted.

How do I report a problem with my order?

If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please contact a Caren Customer Representative at 800 626-6272 or email us at info@carenproducts.com. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available. We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.

 

Does Caren accept returns & exchanges?

Return Policy: If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will happily refund or exchange any unopened & unused items within 21 days of purchase. Caren Products will not accept any opened or used items. Original shipping fee will not be refunded.  To return or exchange, please ship to Caren Products, LLC, attn: Customer Service, 3080 Northfield Place, Ste 106, Roswell GA 30076. Shipping back to our office is the responsibility of the customer.  Please allow 10-14 business days to process the transaction.
