Caren Products accepts returns within 14 days of your original purchase. Please return your purchase to our customer service department.
Please note the following: Enclose a copy of the invoice along with the product.
Let us know if you would like replacement of the product or a refund (shipping charges are not refunded). Please include a day time phone number where we may contact you if we have questions.
If you would like an exchange, a shipping fee of $6.95 will be charged.
